CONDO NEWS

Tonight we went to see the condo again. It is in pretty good condition. Hubby is going to make an offer tomorrow. I am sure they will make a counter offer. I told hubby that I don’t want to go into debt and when we do repairs etc. I want it to be top quality. I am tired of doing things half-asses for whatever reason.
I don’t think there will be much to do. We will have to paint. Hubby wants to change the "black" floors. I would like to change the stove. We also have to repair the counters in the kitchen.
Otherwise I think it will be ok. To save money I think we will just take our furniture. I really wanted to buy everything new when we move but I don’t want to go into debt.
My friend came over this afternoon. we spent some time scrap booking. Actually she is working on a book of recipes for her children. We are having a lot of trouble editing etc. I created a collage for one of my sons. By mistake I broke one of the glasses so just wrote something in the space instead of putting a picture.
Tonight we played bridge here. I was so tired! I guess I better get to bed. Tomorrow morning I am meeting a friend for breakfast. Then in the afternoon I will take one of my grandsons. So it will b a busy dizzy day.

seems the changes you need to make are largely cosmetic so shouldn’t cost too much. I hope it all goes well for you. hugs P

Good luck with it!

So will this new condo be your main residence? Are you selling your house? It will be a lot of work, but I’m sure it will also be fun and exciting.

It must be exciting to get a new place.

You can always use the furniture you have now and after you make the changes you listed you can get new furniture. Maybe by then you might realize you like what you have or get a better idea what kind of style you want.
