CLEANING LADY MY FRIEND

 Yesterday was the first time my cleaning lady came since we returned from Florida. Poor thing!!!!!!!!! She is going through a terrible time. I feel so sad for her. Hubby and I wish she could come live with us as a housekeeper. Of course this is just wishful thinking. Right now she is living with her two children both in their  twenties and her hubby who is sick and apparently going downhill. She cried so much yesterday. I sat and listened to her sad story. She use to have her mother living with her too but over the winter she moved back to her other daughter. She now just takes her for the weekends. Her daughter was going to be a nurse however she had a nervous breakdown. She just couldn’t pass her last biology test! She has been working a few hours a week and luckily she got a full time job starting the end of May. Things have been financially rough over the winter for them. The son is working full time. I hope things get easier for my friend. She will now come twice a week till we move – not sure about after.
I don’t know what is wrong with me. Yesterday we were home all day. I must have slept most of it. It happens so often now. When I don’t go out I sleep. Of course I did pack some boxes but then I slept. After supper I slept so now it’s only 12 and I’m up. I was going to do the WII but the controls has to be charged. Maybe tomorrow. 
TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY. IN THE MORNING WE GO SIGN AND PAY FOR OUR CONDO. Then we will go have a look at it. Wednesday we will drive my car over, leave it in the garage and maybe take some boxes over. It is getting harder to move in the bookroom because of the boxes. Once I get rid of my car I will be able to keep boxes in the garage until we move them. Of course I have to rely on someone else to move the boxes. I must have at least ten packed by now.
More news! Tomorrow, that is Wednesday afternoon, someone is coming to look at the house for the third time. She already came with a contractor so hopefully she is going to buy our house. What a relief it would be. Sunday we have an Open House so we have to keep the place clean and tidy. Thank goodness for my cleaning lady. I just don’t seem to have any get up and go. I don’t seem to have much energy. I am happy just staying home! Of course staying home means I sleep a lot.

So a couple of exciting days coming up. Friday morning we will go see the condo with our interior decorator. I just want her to suggest colours to paint and suggest where we should put our shelves in the living dining room. So far I have just been packing my books without looking through them. Hopefully I’ll do it at the other end.
Passover is coming. As usual I will be making the two seders – probably for the last time. I will have about ten for the first one and twenty or more for the second. My cleaning lady will come for the two days so I will have help. I am planning two easy suppers – also will buy some food so it will be easier.
I haven’t had any energy lately – maybe getting the new condo will get me going.
