BUSY TIME AHEAD
I woke up this morning and all I feel like doing is crying. WHY???????????????? I have more than enough reasons to smile and be happy. I hate feeling like this!!!!!!! I am trying hard to chasethe blues away! HELP!
Tonight my daughter and her boyfriend will arrive from Toronto. My sister will also be here. I am making supper for about ten people. No problem as I bought delly yesterday including the side dishes etc. I am debating whether I should prepare the platters this morning but I think I will wait for later today.
Tomorrow night is my son’s wedding. It will be small – maybe 60 people. It’s his second marriage. What a difference from the first. We made a huge, expensive wedding. What a waste of money. I think he will be much happier with this small wedding and this wife – at least I hope so.
Tomorrow is my hubby’s 75th birthday. So far we have no plans for tomorrow night. The couple we usually go out with are busy.
This afternoon we are going for our semi-annual checkup at 2. After that we will stop to buy some fresh bread and then I will come home to prepare supper.
The sun is shining. I am going to do my exercise. Then I’ll take a bath. Maybe that will brighten me up. I spoke to my cousin and told her I will not be making Passover this year. She didn’t seem surprised at all. I wonder if her children will invite me!!!!!!! They have been coming to me all their lives.
I guess all the changes in my life are taking a toll on me even though they are all good. New home! New car!
I have to realize and accept hubby and I are getting older.
I have to appreciate and enjoy everyday.
I have so much to appreciate.
I have so much to enjoy.
I will soon b driving to Florida in my new van.
I will soon be going to New York to see the latest plays.
I will soon be going to New York to shop for new blank journals.
I will soon be in Florida for the winter.
What do I have to be depressed about??????
Absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I will put a smile on my face! I will exercise and get my home ready for my special visitors.
Hope everyone is well and enjoys their weekend.
i hope the exercise and sunshine will help you get into a better mood. take care,

When I was depressed after my divorce, I took St John’s Wort, it is a natural herbal supplement that helps you stay in a positive mood and it really helped me. Try it, you can get it in any health food store or vitamin shop. It’s not that expensive.

I don’t think telling oursevlves why we shouldn’t be happy alway works. Sometimes, we need to look a bit deeper and find out what it is we are afraid of. Sometimes, things are just rotten. Once you acknowledge that, you can move away from them. I hope that your husband’s birthday won’t be lost in the wedding celebrations. And I hope that the love and passion you have put in all your holiday observations will be returned to you through more invitations than you can ever be able to accept 🙂

Hubby’s 75th birthday may be part of the trigger for depression. 75 years is a long, long time and sort of has a way of letting us know we are getting a little more snow on the mountain top. And sometimes it is just hard to figure out why we are feeling down.

Oftentimes good stress is just as stressful as the difficult situations in life. This too, will pass!
