BEEN A LONG TIME-edited

I realize it’s been a long time since I’ve written. I don’t have much time now because my grandson should be here for the day any minute!!!!!!!
It’s strange that sometimes I write every day or even more than once a day and then there are other times like now when I hardly write.
Everything is pretty good. I had a busy but short week since Monday was a holiday and we were in the country.  We might go back tonight. He’s here . More later.
So I had a very busy day. I went shopping with my grandson because it was raining and we couldn’t go to the park. We went to a Tilley store and I bought a hat. I wanted to get one for my grandson but they didn’t have his size. I will go back alone as I want to get some sunproof clothes. Then we went to the bagel store where they bake the bagels in special wood burning ovens. Are they ever yummy when they come out of the oven.
Then we went home for lunch and a nap. After his nap we went to visit an elderly friend who will soon be moving away. next we bought grandson slippers and finally to the park.
We got home and I made supper. Now we are in the country for the weekend. It’s cold and damp. Time for bed.
