AT THE TRAILER – OK

We are at the trailer for another dull and rainy weekend. I cant complain though as I had a good time yesterday anyways. In the morning hubby woke me and told me that if I packed up fast we would have breakfast out. Of course I rushed and we went to McDonalds for my favorite breakfast. I love their hash browns. We arrived at the trailer to find a lot of mail. The toy I ordered for the kids had arrived. Wikki Sticks. I received a Diabetic cook book which I havent looked at yet. I also bought a series by Charlotte Harris. I saw them in the stores often but never the whole series. My son gave me money at Amazon for Mothers Day so finally spent it.
We went into town to Walmart to get some food. School supplies wre on sale already so bought some things for the kids. In the end I let hubby pay for everything. He didnt say a word.
Nothing much in the late afternoon. I tried to take a nap but the couch wasnt very comfortable.
In the evening friends came over and we played CANASTA. I LOVE playing games. Its so much better that just sitting around and talking.
On Thursday my friend was taken into the hospital because her liver was toxic. It doesnt look good. My hubby was up worried most of Thursday. He just cant cope. Finally yesterday he told me that he would call her hubby whom he has known forever. I will see what I can do when I get home. I dont know if she ll want visitors.
Nothing much planned for today. if we dont play cards Ill work on my hobbies. I brought out my eggs and scrapbooking.
