A VERY PEACEFUL DAY
Today was a very peaceful day. It started off with rain and was cold. It stopped raining and then was just cold. After breakfast I cleaned and tidied my CRAFT CUPBOARD. Now I know exactly what’s in there. I got rid of a few things. I have some stuff ready to mail my grandchildren on Monday.
Then I showered, dressed and went out. I went to a few Dollar stores and a few Michaels. I bought some canvasses at 40%. I bought some notepads and a few other things at the Dollar stores.
Then I came home. I had a short nap and we went out for supper with another couple. We went to Olive Garden. I ate chicken marsala. It was delicious.
Now I’m back home. I will soon do some scrapbooking until I get tired.
Yesterday was also a very pleasant day. I had an art club meeting in the morning. I ended up being the secretary. I have to type up my notes.
Then I came home for lunch. Very old friends came over in the afternoon. The women went to Festival Flea Market. Then we came home. I served deli platters so supper for ten was easy. We had a wonderful evening reminiscing about old times. The men were friends from high school and maybe before. the women became friends after marriage so it’s been way over thirty years.
No plans for tomorrow. I hope it will be warm enough to go sit at the pool so I can do my needlepoint.
Time to find a quote to send my children. Time to work on the scrapbook for my sister. Soon bedtime. It’s ten thirty.
Sounds like a great day!

I love Olive Garden! We went for lunch last week. I’ll have to try the chicken marsala sometime… I tend to get stuck ordering my favorites everytime I go. I need to branch out! I think it’s great to have a group of friends that you have known for so many years. I hope to stay in touch with some of mine for that long!

RYN: I am pumping & only get around 40-48 ML total for the entire day. :*( I wish I could afford the meds from Canada or the UK that increase supply but I can’t… money is super tight
