A GREAT DAY SO FAR-OK

It’s 4:37. I’ve had a good day and it will get better as I am going to Longhorn restaurant for supper. Do you think I could score another free meal???
In the morning I called my hubby who is in Virginia. He told me I should stay here another night so of course I did. In the morning I ran out to Walmart to get some food which I don’t think I will need because the weather is not bad. It is cold!
So I watched I LOVE LUCY in the morn and fell asleep. When I got up I saw that the weather was not bad so I got ready to go out. I went to the front desk and they told me how to get to a mall in Savannah. YIPPEE!!!!! I knew I didn’t have much if anything to spend but that was ok. I would walk around and look~~~~
So off I went………
One of the staff ran out to give me a card from the motel. She saved me because I didn’t even think of where I was staying. Now I had the card and I took note of the exit number when I got on the highway.
So I drove and drove but finally I found the MALL they told me about. There was a BOOKS A MILLION and a BARNES and NOBLE. I had lunch at McDonalds. Then I went to Barnes to look around. I chose some books and then left them at the cash register. I decided to walk around the mall to get some exercise. It was a very upscale mall. I found a cheap long sleeved shirt but after trying it on I decided NOT to buy it.
I went back to Barnes, bought a coffee, looked at the books and magazines. I bought a new journal, the  book ERAGON and a cheap book about HOMEOPATHY.
Then it was time to drive back. I got hopelessly lost but after asking a million people how to find the I-95  I finally got back to this motel. I am going to relax a bit and then if the weather is ok I will go out for supper.
Tonight I want to watch ROOTS again. Tomorrow I will get up and leave. I need to drive and get home.
