A FAIRLY GOOD DAY-ok

It’s freezing out but since I am sitting shiva people are coming here so I don’t have to go out.

Today three very special people came to visit. They all warmed my heart. I wish I would have had more time alone with each of them.

First was a very old friend B and her mother. Her mother fixed hubby and I up. She was friends with my mother and apparently my mother called and asked her if she knew a boy for me. Well after thinking it over she arranged for my hubby and I to meet and the rest is history. The daughter and I were close as we grew up but circumstances split us up. We have met twice recently and I would like to be friends again. We will see. She is coming to Florida so I gave her my phone number.

The other person that came was another old friend P. I was thrilled to see her. I wanted to talk to her privately but of course I couldn’t as there were so many people around. She got married awhile ago and seems to be very happy. We talked about being just friends. Can we do it? I don’t know. I have her email address We were such good friends. I don’t know if we could resume our friendship or not. She is probably the only person who knows the most about me.

So another day is over. Two more days to go.

RYN: J is watching T because we have a “vacation” from day care. I had originally thought I’d be off this week, but it’s not going to happen. Therefore, J is n his own… much to his chagrin…
