[ an un-sung melody ]

She comes in like a whisper, with the summer breeze
She dances with the moonlight, gracefully with ease
She walks along the meadow, studying the sky
She flies with the blowing wind, never thinking twice

And somehow she appeals to him like no one has before
And everytime he sees her shes more beautiful than before
He watches her in wonder, but she doesn’t see
She passes him by as if he was just an un-sung melody.

She smiles like the sun shines, careless and free
She laughs like the bird sings, calling out from the tree
She wraps herself in roses, on the meadow’s floor
She sings as sweet as sugar, crystal clear and pure

And somehow she appeals to him like no one has before
And everytime he sees her shes more beautiful than before
He watches her in wonder, but she doesn’t see
She passes him by as if he was just an un-sung melody.

She comes in like a whisper, with the summer breeze
She dances with the moonlight, gracefully with ease
He longs to dance beside her, and fly in the wind with ease
but deep inside his heart he knows he’s just an un-sung melody.
