Reflection – 2008 *EDIT*

As the year of 2008 comes to an end, I cant help but to look back and realise just how big a year it was! I have to actually sit here and take a deep breath to grab the full force of the last 12-14 months. To think that 12 months ago I was waiting for Kati to come over from the US, and to see her in person for the very first time. And only a short 2 or so months before that I spoke to her online for the very first time. Now I look back and realise that in the last year I

Moved out of the family home

Flew Kati over from the other side of the world

Had Kati move in with me

Got married

Became a father

Went through/still going through the immigration process for Kati to live here

All that in 1 year. When I see it written, I actually think to myself…. WOW! It is amazing to think that all that happened in 1 year, the sort of things that take alot of people many years to establish, we did in a year! I guess we just dont waste any time 😛

I cant believe the year is alm ost over, it has all gone so fast, yet so slow at the same time I guess. I can only hope that 2009 will bring bigger and better things, if that is even possible, I think my 2008 will be a year to remember, and hard to top!

I have been really bad with noting and reading my faves lately, and to be honest I just havent had inspiration to really get on here and read or write, but I do intend to catch up on you all, probably this week that Im off.
