Monday has come and gone again, and already Im looking forward to the weekend, even if I do have to work on Saturday again!

Last night was tough. I dont know why really, but I was feeling alone and emotional. I couldnt sleep. I was frustrated and angry and I just didnt know why. After lying in bed for a couple of hours and still not getting a minute of sleep, I decided to get up and go for a walk at 1am. I got outside in a pair of shorts and tshirt and found that it was MUCH colder than inside! I didnt last long. I think I eventually got to sleep sometime after 3 and woke up so many times between then and 7.30 when I finally got up for work.

Im feeling a bit better today though, especially when I got to come home and just hold River for a while when she was settled and sleepy for a change, that was nice and grounding.

2 more days, and River will be 1 month old. Wow. That also means 2 more of these ‘have-to-do’ entries, then I can get back to less frequent, more meaningful entries!
