Quick Question- need opinion…
any opinions about state farm vs. allstate? I am getting quotes for my home owners insurance and I need opinions because
1) I have been with state farm for forever and they’ve been good to me but
2) allstate seems to be cheaper..
thoughts? THANKS!!
My neighbor has State Farm and she’s happy with them because they have always paid when she’s had a claim – however she’s probably going to switch because they have become so expensive. I nothing about Allstate. I have Shelter Insurance and they paid when my basement flooded several years ago and then again last year when a hail storm destroyed my roof.

go with whoever you have car insurance with (if you have a car) you’ll get a discount on both

I second wadesr–Eric has Allstate car and home insurance and got a great deal on both and has been very happy with it. Call me if you want more detailed info! 🙂
