Off Again Soon

Wish that I could say that i’m going somehwere tropical, but no. I am going to Chicago this weekend for a medical conference for work. Should be good work wise, but I’m not looking forward to the long hours that conferences bring…oh well! it beats sitting behind a desk for a few days…

oh- and I need some suggestions:

I am helping to play a bachelorette weekend in Charleston for June for my friend’s wedding that I’m in. I think we’re going to Folly Beach, but I’m still taking suggestions.

Any ideas of where to stay? (Folly Beach or OTHER Charleston areas?) Where to go? must-dos? Any help is much appreciated:)

RYN: He said it very quickly. I took a few weeks to say it, but even then it probably seemed quick to some people. It was just right for us. We’ve already discussed marriage and moving in together once my new lease is up. 🙂

Work trips, bleh. People used to say, “LUCKY YOU! You get to travel for work!” Yes, I wholly enjoyed giving up my weekends and working 13 hour days and eating meals with my coworkers. Hmph. However, if you have free time, Chicago is a really cool town.

Hey! I don’t have much input for Charleston–I have been once, but it was to Isle of Palms (I think that’s what it was called), but we did visit Folly Beach and it was really nice! Have fun in Chi-town–SO glad we got to catch up! Now we need to make plans to do dinner–or a double date or something!
