Sex Dreams

For the record, I’m mainly talking about this because I’m out of ideas for anything else to talk about.

So, during the first 22 years of my life, to my recollection, I never had a real sex dream (it may be worth pointing out that I don’t actually remember my dreams all that often). Granted, I definitely had dreams with sexual overtones and there were tons of dreams where I was wandering around naked for no particular reason, but I never had a dream where I did the deed itself until earlier this year.

In the past week, to my recollection, I’ve had three sex dreams. In one of which I had sex with many girls, one after the other. I admit, all the dreams were quite enjoyable while they went on (though in the last one I had trouble getting an erection and then prematurely ejaculated, ha!). Only one of them was with someone I know: Tina, the girl that I met Friday night. Actually, Tina may be the first person that I know that I’ve ever dreamed of having sex with, now that I think about it. I’m not certain why a random girl I met would get such a designation – you’ll have to ask my unconscious.

The most telling part of the dreams is that in each of them, after I’ve had sex with the girl (or girls!), I start to freak out about how I’m going to tell Heather about it. Even though Heather isn’t my girlfriend, is on another continent, and is currently pursuing another boy entirely, that’s still where my stupid unconscious jumps to. Granted, I’m sure Heather would still take an active interest in my having sex with another girl (or especially multiple girls!), but I still think it’s interesting that that’s always my major concern after the events unfold (unfortunately, my dreams never progress to the point that I actually tell her about the sex).

I suppose part of the purpose for this entry was to investigate why I’m suddenly having sex dreams (that and to fulfill my obligation to write an entry). It definitely isn’t because my sex drive is suddenly higher, as it’s just steadily what it’s been for a couple of years now (though it’s sadly decreased substantially since my pubescent years). So, any of you Freudians have a good reason for the sudden sex dreams? Or why the first person I ever dreamed about was a random girl I met named Tina? Your opinions are valued as always . . .

Okay, I had to read this entry when I saw the title!!! I have no idea, except that sex dreams for me have increased as I’ve got older… NO idea why. Only you will know where your subconscious is leading you, but don’t mistake the dreams for subconscious desires – (especially the multiple girls bit!!) unless you really really want multiple girls while you’re awake too!

If you ever wanna pass some time (not a lot of time, but some time) and are really interested in figuring out why you have the dreams…google dream meaning websites. Seriously. I do it all the time when I’m confused by a dream and, depending on which site you’re on, a lot of the time it’s fairly accurate. I’m a psychology major. I’ve had sex dreams. I even had a pseudo-lesbian dream where I was making out with someone who used to be my best friend in high school (I’m sure you can infer who it was…)

i’ve had a lot of sex dreams too, and they’re always about the same girl. no matter what i do, she’s never satisfied so now i have this complex that i’ll always be a shitty lover. sex dreams with random girls are better. just don’t tell heather.

I dream about sex like it’s my job. I have had very vivid dreams since I was 3yrs old or less but the sex dreams began when I was 12 maybe. I remember pre-sex knowledge dreaming of walking next to a boy with a pregnant belly and being so happy. Sexual dreams were always a part of me, I figured they were for everyone.

I’d recommend staying away from Freud and asking what he believes about sex. Remember, every man wants to have sex with his mother and kill his father. 😛 Have you changed anything in your lifestyle lately? Exercising more, getting more sleep, anything along those lines?

I find breasts repulsive so I don’t know what others are talking about. My friend says any man that likes breasts must be a pervert. Hugging is a sign of friendship.

It is your body’s final last plea for sex. Ha, no idea. My sex dreams are only the hellish abusive ones. John claims he mostly stopped having sex dreams when he was 14 and only gets them in “dry patches” now (you may not believe me but I once saw him go 2 months without sex!) and if you get loads of sex you never have them. Kira disagrees.

Probably because you could have sex with Tina and have it not be a big deal? I dunno Matt. I need to think about this one.
