Pictures of Farm
And we’ll start with the donkeys. We did have a couple of donkeys at one time, but we’ve since exited that industry and only have one, which is there to help prevent coyote attacks.
And now we’ll move to cows. You’ll notice that the fields don’t look quite as scenic in the wintertime.
And now to goats, which, to answer a noter’s question, are my favorite part of the farm (they’re also the most trouble and least profitable).
And finally, a few pictures of the big pond, which I frequent with my fishing pole about once a year (though Heather’s promised to go skinny dipping with me in it if she visits).
And finally, a picture of my house. That’s my dad chasing after our cocker spaniel. And, yeah, we have a huge yard.
Ok, I never want any of you to complain about me not posting farm pictures again.
These photos! How awesome! There’s so much life in them! Look at all the little animals! Gah, cuteness. Especially the little goat with its front legs up on the big goat, and oh! The cat perching on the fence and the goat looking up, and ah! The donkey! And your dad chasing the dog! Fun times. These are awesome! Okay, I’m going to go calm down now. Oh, and that pond looks perfect for skinnydipping. Suhweet.

I love these pictures! My favorite is the goat looking up at the cat, and your dad chasing the dog! Haha. And Mat, that is hardly a pond! That’s like a mini lake!! Where is Zoe, and Farrah, and the other one I haven’t named yet? And I agree with a noters question, how does a donkey keep a coyote away?

These photos are a treat. I’m a farmer’s daughter and I have never gotten used to the city. ryn: No Matt, I really didn’t know what a skittle was. Perhaps they don’t sell them here in Canada.

Oh, I love goats. I wish we had baby goats. But the only reason we have the one, Baaabby, is to keep the pony company… The pony came with the house. Thank you for your recent notes. They make me feel cheerful. Thanks also for these pics, they are lovely and wonderful.

MY FAVORITE PIC: Black Cat looking down at the goat hahahaha. 🙂 I think the goats are my favorite part of your farm too. BUT JUST ONE QUESTION: Why would a coyote be afraid of a donkey? If I were a coyote, I’d just laugh at it.

And I thought I lived in a place which was enough to give anyone city withdrawal…
