do you get stressed out for no reason? My days lately consist of:

  • sleeping at 4 am and waking up past 1 pm
  • eating too much
  • biting my nails
  • internet (OD, tumblr, facebook, youtube)
  • watching TV
  • drawing

I clean my room most of the time when I get stressed out or am avoiding something. mostly avoiding doing SAT practice, finding out info on my online precalc class, and also singing for Foreigner which Im not so hot about doing since Im not a fan of choir ppl since most of my friends graduated. I don’t even drink water anymore. No wonder my lips are so dry all the time. Get it together. I’m actually kinda happy that Surya’s gone to India. I’m also happy that I couldn’t hang out with my friends today. Three time’s a week is not really my style and I like my space. Say it with me : balanceee. Peeves always include:

  • clingy people
  • ignorant people
  • people who brag
  • people who drag me into gossip
  • people worshipping other people
  • following the crowd
  • fat-people-eating-while-talking noises

yeah. i have a thing with making lists, it seems like the only productive thing i do nowadays. things i hate about myself:

  • being really stupid sometimes
  • being awkward or shy sometimes
  • not being able to stick up for myself, take insults
  • inability to say no to people
  • my absentmindedness
  • not living up to my full potential / lazy / procrastination
  • a lot of physical features: thighs, nose, nails, etc
  • apologize too much even when its not my fault
  • being afraid to tell how i really feel all the time

it’s a habit of mine to insult myself, I can’t help it now. things I like about myself:

  • accepting / inclusive with newcomers or misunderstood / different people
  • my smile i guess is my favorite part of my body
  • creativity with art
  • make others laugh or feel good about themselves

I can’t think of anymore right now but whatever. To whoever’s reading this, what do you do to relieve your stress / be happy? I’ve probably asked this a bunch of times but I forget

when you wrote “what do you do to relieve your stress?” immediately what came to mind was mastur…..nevermind. i’m such a guy! it does help though. i write or draw but lately i paint. ALOT
