Love Story

Once again my subject is love. Everybody wants it and everyone has it to give.

The other day my little sister (who is 25 years old and named Kami) told me a story about her auntie. And I feel the need to tell you. No this is not my aunt cause me and my sisters have the same mother and not the same fathers (this is her father’s sister).

Well Kami went to her father’s family reunion and came home saying, "Shannin, my auntie is crazy. Three years ago she came to the family reunion with a new man. She pull me to the side and she said," Kami that man loves me. He really loves me girl." I said, "how do you know auntie?" She said, "a year ago he asked me out on a date. So you know me I go out and get my nails did and my hair done and I find the sexy dress I could wear to go out on this date. Well he picks me up and takes me back to his house and he cooked this 4 star meal and it was so good. We talked and ate and talked and fed each other. We were having a great time, but then my stomach started hurting and I really need to use the bathroom. I didn’t want to use his bathroom and I didn’t want to go home. Than my stomach started hurting really bad and I was nothing going to make home. So I asked if I could use his bathroom and he said yes, I go in there and I was dodoing, and my stomach just wouldn’t stop. Than I flush the toilet and it started over flowing all over the floor and it would not stop. Girl! It was shit, tissue and shitty water all over floor. I started screaming and crying. I didn’t know what to do and the toilet wouldn’t stop. Girl, I was ankle deep in shit! He started knocking at the door, telling me to open door, I said no, I was so embarrassed I didn’t know what to do. He see the water running from under the door, so he knocks again and said ‘ Baby! Its ok. Just please open the door." So I open the door and Kami this man picks me up and puts me in the tube and started cleaning my shit up and than washed me and his feet off in the tube. And Kami, he never laughed or yelled or made me feel bad about it in anyway. And he still with me and wants to get married." Then Kami want to say, " When I got to the reunion this year. I ask my sister were was auntie. She said auntie didn’t come this year cause her husband die. She asked what happen. Her sister told her that a year after they were married. They found out he had cancer and he die 6 mouths later."

Let just say by the time my sister finish that story I was laughing and crying at the same time. I said that sad Kami. She said " I know, my auntie can’t get a break." I said, ‘Maybe not . Even through they’re time together was short. She may have got to be with her true love. Some people never find that."
