HR 169, thank you very much!

So much for my ‘sluggish’ hcg- we have a transverse face down babeh in there! Heart rate strong at 169. The doc pushed up my Oct 2nd u/s date,  fit me into a lunch hour appointment today (with 2 hours notice while I was at my new job for a 12 hour shift).

*SIGH* of relief. I had come to a less ranty, more peaceful perspective on all of it= its not in my control anymore. All I can do is my best, and the rest will fall into whatever place it will fall into. Lord knows, the kid’s going to give me a lifetime of surprises over the next 20 years, might as well start now in the womb so I have more time to adjust to it all, hehe.

So glad to feel so supported through this. Will rest easier tonight, no matter what happens tomorrow and beyond. I have today, and the memory of Jack’s hug at my side as we both looked at our "jellybean".
