Today
Today I did a bit of Kung Fu Cardio, then switched to "Sweatin’ it out with the Oldies" dance routines. I got bored so I jumped to my main agenda: Belly Dancing. Then capped it off with my usual strengthening exercise routines.
Kung Fu Cardio was a great workout. It made me sweat a lot. I think I will try it one more time on Wednesday.
Belly dancing was fun. However, people were coming in already and I got self-conscious, so I wasn’t giving it my all. Hahaha! Excuses…
Next time I’ll try to work out as early as I can, so I won’t have to face other people. Too bad, the gym instructor wasn’t there. 🙁 I brought my boxing gloves and I was looking forward to doing another round of sparring with him.
