random thoughts #3

I just thought about some poses and themes/backgrounds for our wedding day photo and video shoot.

Got excited just thinking about it. Like I want to start the planning right now.

But of course, it’s still a long way before the big day.

And, I think we’re gonna spend more than we had originally planned.

We agreed to trim our guests to just max of 30. It’s gonna be easier to organize, it’s gonna fit the small ancestral home-cum-restaurant that we picked for our reception (which reminds me, we need to talk to the owner when we go to the province this April), and of course, the most important thing is, we wanted it to be intimate.

Just a few friends, a few relatives (just a representative per family is enough… I hope they are open-minded enough not to mind).

And our biggest investment would be: the videographer. It’s gonna be one of the biggest day in our lives, I want to relive the memory in a video that captures all our magical moments before, during and after our wedding day.

I’ve spent my spare time checking some wedding videos in the net, so far I liked that one from a guy who has 7 years of experience. I’ve cried watching his videos. When I tried watching some of the videos done by other studios, they just didn’t bring me to tears like what this certain studio did.

I’ve also checked Mayad Studios, but it’s so expensive for me, although their videos are awesome. Plus they have the right equipment to get a lot of angles, especially aerial / top view / bird’s eye view or whatever it’s called.

There, I’ve taken notes on my ideas. I just hope I remember to check these out during the actual planning. Hahaha!

it’s me,
