Pray for the poor flood victims

Dear Lord,

Give those traumatised and devastated by the floodwaters the strength and resilience to continue to live and love.

Give them an inner calm, peace and confidence to know, that it will, somehow, all be ok.

Give them the understanding to know that the rest of Australia currently on drier, cleaner land are all wanting and trying to help you.

Give them patience to wait until services can be restored, and strength to do what they can in the meantime.
