The too big one was my three boys taken at the Adelaide Zoo 2 years ago. They are patting a kangaroo.

(This is diffierent from our usual interaction with this animal…. the man has a licence to cull 100 annually as they can get into plague numbers…)

The second one, that’s better, is of the two younger boys with a friend in the middle. Standing in last years crop. (first crop we’ve wanted to take a photo of for last three years). oh, on our farm. background is neighbours farm. but ours looks much the same..

we’ve sold our big distant farm… waiting for the cheque.. rubbing our hands together… haven’t replaced it yet.. may not for a while.. the available bits of land are too far or too expensive at the moment. man REALLY needs to slow down anyway..

put Mr20-on-tuesday on the bus to go back to uni today. short visit home. he enjoyed it but is enjoying uni.

Mr 8-last-week has got half grown two front teeth and missing ones and hair all over face. played his first game of football yesterday.  was by far the tinyest player. on only on the bottom of one pile up. after that he stood back a bit!

Mr 13-next-week played, but is struggling with his fitness/health as usual and is sore. he boundary umpired the reserve match for first time. he still doesn’t really like football but it is only available winter sport here. He played tennis this summer. Doesnt get into cricket. He is in his last year of primary school this year.
