beef-cake!

My foot is almost better!  I think I only have 10 more days in this stupid cast thingy.  : )  Then I have to wait another 4 months before I can even do anything sporty… but at least I can ride the bike or something.. cause right now a beefy leg and a widdy bitty leg is looking kinda funny!
