I have purchased an OD+ lifetime subscription on Tuesday and conducted the payment via PayPal. The upgrade features have not YET been activated for my account (e.g., download my diary to a PDF file). I have already contacted the admins via the contact form on the help page

, to which I have not yet received a confirmation email (yes, I checked my spam folder every single time). Therefore, I am contacting you. I just signed up for a new account under my email address (crys314@gmail.com – username: DePhoMo 2012). It said I would get an email to verify before I would have access to the account, but I never received the email. I thought that maybe I had put in the wrong email address so I tried having my usernames and passwords emailed to me and never received that one either. Can you help with this?

Hi–I had let my monthly upgrade go since I wasn’t on much but redid it maybe two weeks ago…I got a confirmation receipt from Paypal but still showing no upgrade here. Any way to fix? Thanks! Chanda
