Don’t worry about my other two notes I found another way to fix it I just deleted the chapter and started a new one and moved everything over to it…

Having alot of trouble today trying to get around the site took me 5 tries to get logged in.. Getting the time out thing over and over…

I am unable to use the WYSIWYG editor in Chrome even after trying the “go into Diary Maintenance -> Editor Settings and disable “Turn editor on for entries” for the WYSIWYG editor, save it, and then re-enable it and save the setting again”. I would really appreciate any help to resolve this issue. Thanks!

This is the error message I keep getting, regardless of which page I try to access, whether my own diary or one of the others I have: The requested URL “http://www.opendiary.com/entrylist.asp?hsimp=yhse-001” cannot be found or is not available. That wrong entrylist is what comes up for ALL of them. :/

Is the upgrade feature not working? I typed in all of my information for a 6 month upgrade (this is actually the 2nd time I’ve done it in the last few months) and It takes me back to the Order Page. My subscription doesn’t go through. My card doesn’t get charged either, but I’m still trying to get a 6 month subscript! ~♥~

I’m using the Credit Card option. As soon as I hit “Submit” it takes me back to the page where I select which upgrade I want (1, 6, 12 mo). ~♥~

Hm….It must be this browser. I’m not on my regular computer, but using Chrome. Also the WYSIWYG editor is not working for my entries, and I already did the disable/save, enable/save thing. I cleared the cache also. So I’ll try it when I get home and see if it works there. Thanks for your help. ~♥~

hi there! i have not been able to write a entry for the past couple of weeks. the page loads, everything but the tool bar, but i cannot type in the journal entry space. strangely enough, i can type an entry name. any idea as to what might be going on? thank you 🙂

When saving an entry, I get a generic error message but the entry saves. I get the same error when trying to view my bookmarks. It is the “an error has occurred on this page….” one.

Is there absolutely no way that the DM could have at least kept things going until we could transfer our stuff elsewhere? When you have a lot of entries with pics etc a word download just doesn’t capture iit… The way he has handled this is really mean.

Hello EWS, A friend told me that you’d left a message somewhere saying that you would make sure accounts got upgraded to Plus so that pdf downloads could take place. I actually paid my subscription on Monday, but nothing has happened. Is there any way to do this? I’d love to download pdfs of the entries I wrote about my children. I always planned to give them to them one day. Many thanks

Sorry, me again. When I go to this link in Firefox http://ewsentinel.com/files/OpeDiary-cemetery_man-full.xml I get basically a blank page with the header OpenDiary and an invite to follow on RSS feed. If I go there in Explorer, I can click on OpenDiary, but it just takes me to his diary at this site, which will be vanishing. I don’t see a text file I can copy or download.

I’m seeing people deleting their diary. Is there a good reason to do this?

Hate to do this to you as I’m sure you’re more than overwhelmed, but I just PayPal’ed $3 to be able to download my entire diary in PDF format and my diary still has not shown to be updated as PLUS so that I am able to do so. Please update my diary as being paid to PLUS so that I am able to download in PDF and get on with life without OD :(. Thanks for everything you’ve done over the years.

Guess I just threw $3 away. Stupid me. I should’ve come here first & I would’ve seen the recent notes before I paid to upgrade to OD+ one last time. I was hoping to get into my picture storage so I could delete them. I sure hope it upgrades. I thought it was all done automatically by computer, especially since payments are still being accepted.
