I know I’m not supposed to contact you but it’s been two days since I emailed support and this account still doesn’t have OD+ on it. If this isn’t fixed by the end of today at 10pm EST then I’m going to open a dispute with Paypal and I will complain to them that it happens frequently on this site and perhaps Paypal should revoke the site’s rights to receive payments through them.

Erm. Excuse me? My dislike for phomo’s has nothing to do with you personally or you choice to put it up there. Why on EARTH would you think it would?

NONE of my concern is about it being on the front page. I wouldn’t have known about it if I didn’t see it there I’m pointing it out in a “oh look ANOTHER phomo” way. I don’t have a single issue with it being on the front page and cannot comprehend how you came to that conclusion.

Ok, I read your message about not responding to help requests from notes, BUT BUT BUT! I can’t get the help messages go through. All I get when I click on the ‘send’ button is the ‘Internet Explorer cannot display this page’ and I’m tired of retyping and retrying to send a help message informing SOMEONE that I’m not receiving email confirmation when I try to set up an account for my daughter

Help Desk related note: The last 3-4 entries I’ve saved I get hung on http://www.opendiary.com/entrysave.asp with an error: “There was an error on this page. Please try again and if you continue to have this problem, please contact us via the ‘help menu’.” The entry saves so this is more an annoyance than anything (proven when I go to opendiary.com and my entry is there). I’m using Firefox and I use the WYSIWYG editor, no extra HTML added. (I got this error on the Help page as well but I’m guessing that it’s related to the Help Desk ticket submission issues.) Let me know if you need anything else to troubleshoot. 🙂
