The natural owl
Its almost 2am and I’m still up because Elizabeth is still up. Staying up late isn’t unusual for me for passed 4 and half years. Joshua has sleeping disorder and takes melatonin every night. For Joshua, sleeping more than 6 hours at night doesn’t happen that often. He fell asleep around 11, so he’ll be up sometimes 5am. This also messed up the sleeping schedule for Elizabeth. I hope her sleeping will get better once I send her to preschool as soon as she masters the potty training. I just don’t hav normal sleeps and I already accepted it. I call my sleeps naps. I go to sleep whenever I get a chance.
I pulled the iPhone cord in the kitchen to charge my phone not knowing that Jays plugged his iPad to charge it. The iPad fell off the counter and dropped right on my big toe.
Elizabeth was hungry so I prepared one of her favorite foods, rice mixed with little bit of soy sauce and butter making wraps in seaweeds.
I bought Elizabeth a princess vanity 2 days ago at Costco. It came with hair stuff like toy hair dryer operated with batteries, curling iron, comb and hair brush, and few more things. Of course, I’m her model.
She’s sitting by me reading a book. She knew her abc’s and numbers before she turned 2 and she’s very good with colors and many other things. She’s more than I can ask for. She also watches out for her brother.
Jays and I made dog tags on Sunday for Joshua. We wanted to do that before Joshua leaves Ohio with Jays to California and just in case something could happen. One dog tag is just a picture of angry birds, and behind it, its a dog tag with his name and Jays’s cellphone number and we wrote “I have autism”. I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but it just made me feel little sad when I hung them on his neck.
I had prenatal visit on Monday. The doctor actually seemed to be sympathetic with me that how much swollen I am. 3 more weeks…
I can’t wait to get rid of this stuffy nose that I had the whole time I was pregnant. I had this with the other pregnancies. I’m also sweating like a monkey from all the heat I have inside.
We decided to have a garage sale on Saturday at my parents’ house. My mom wanted to do it with us. I want to pack everything at least by next week and feel less stressed before the baby comes.
Maybe I could have Elizabeth lie down with me now.
