Cost of new wheel structure to put my tires on: $45/tire
Cost of new tires, tubes, installation and labor: $30/tire
Cost of scrapping old bike and buying new used bike: $30
Cost of fixing new used bike (parts and labor): $35
Cost of finding the asshole who jacked my tires (wheels and all), detaining them on foreign soil and subjecting them to days of U.S. approved nontorture: Priceless. 

The Free Spirit is no more. Only a ragged metal skeleton remains. I’ve decided to name my new used bike Blue Lightening, because of it’s nifty silver blue paint job.
