Weight Loss
I decided that this will be used for my quest in losing weight. Maybe I’ll get feedback that will inspire me to keep going.
Current weight: 215
Height: 5’3”
Pant size: 16
Waist: 36 "
My goal is to get to a size 10.
I’m currently doing weight watchers, which is extremely easy. Then again, I’ve been on this "trying to diet" thing since I was like, ten, so weight watchers is pretty easy comparable to….not eating, which only works for a little while for those of you that think it’s a good idea. I lost 20 pounds in 20 days, but then stopped and I couldn’t not eat anymore.
So, I was looking online and most people my height and pant size are like 50 pounds lighter than me. I’m guessing I have more muscle? I used to be on a dance team and was a jogger, so I’m just guessing.
Hopefully I’ll keep this up and post once a week to show progress.
You’ve def got more muscle, I’m the same height and a few pounds lighter and I don’t have a stomach that looks anything like yours. I wish I did, you look amazing.
