March Onward

I’m afraid this one is going to be brief, a small citation to at least convince myself that i really need to write here; of course, like most things, easier said then done.

The weather of late has matched my mood; a bit gloomy, crisp, and of course, full of that ever-present "grey." So much, in fact, that during this past week, i decided to spend the time and effort to revive my musical collection a la disc 2 of Ani Difranco’s R&R CD, which "magically" disappeared sometime during the fallout between myself and J, and the NY-MO transition. I only had to drive around the entire excretion known as "St. Louis," until finally returning to the university, worse for wear, and again angst-ful in my admission that ecentric tastes, in the end, are a pain.

The next day, undaunted i treked to "the loop" via shoe-leather express, and thanks to the fantastic nature of vintage vinyl, managed to purchase this collection for a mere 14 bucks. Ah yes, in the end, E’s life is fulfilled.

(in turn, i spend the rest of the day as i spent it when i first bought the CD back in 2000….with it on repeat, and myself lying in torpor on the floor of my apartment.)

Ah yes, life.

Once again, in the area of law i’ve been falling behind. So much work to do, still need to sign up for the bar, blah blah blah. Truly i am in no mood for this nonsense.

Law school, of course, offers no respite, as my last trist to lunch on campus resulted in me sititng with law students who engaged in a conversation of "poor people are poor because they are stupid (and or lazy)" oh hell no, not on my watch. So, in turn i have to rageragerage and put the rich elitists in their place….of course, its not like i pretend that they actual/listened nor cared about my response. Shrug.

Ah well, i’m tired, and its gaming night; cheers.
