A Good-Girl Entry (About time, eh?)

Monday was a great day.

Not that it began great, mind you…..

It began, in fact, like any other day at the office…..

I woke up. Went to the local coffee shop, and got myself a mocha.

I have some client consultations. (So far so boring…right?)

Around 11:00AM. a client comes in, with her daughter, for her appointment.

I proceed to talk to her about her case; not 5 minutes into it…

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAK! The kid vomits all over my office floor.

——-

And that, ladies and gentleman, is how my monday began.

I spent the rest of the day working on my jury trial for wednesday, and for court….

Thats when i receive the filing that the case for trial was been dismissed. (read: victory!)

So the day is looking brighter…..

—————————-

I get home around 4. (I went in early on account of trial prep)

I check my email.

my latest fancy (background to follow), has sent me a letter.

"E, my work schedule has lightened up today, so I have some free time tonight and I would like to see you….I’ll leave the plans up to you.."

(Can you see my smiling face?)

So i quickly give her a call. Dinner at 7….let the plans commence…..

A quick checklist about the girl:

Blonde. Check.

Cute. Check.

Sorority girl. Check.

Loves to wear heels. Check.

—————————–

I was 7 minutes late to the date. (I know, I know…bad E). So she already had picked us out a table. I sit down. We order. (the good ol’ goose and cranberry)

We eat dinner. I have a delicious walnut and bleu cheese salad with strawberry vinaigrette. Mmmmmm.

We chat; stories of the day, week…lives in general…you know. Good conversation.

She talks about her adoration of american Idol. I express of love of all things fantasy. On that, we laugh in disagreement. "As long as you don’t want me to dress up as an elf E, I think we are ok." (and as long as she doesn’t expect me to sing…)

she was wearing this cute white and yellow ensemble, with a matching yellow necklace which I couldn’t take me eyes off of. (I hope to God she didn’t think I was staring at her breasts….)

In fact, at one point I cut the conversation to to:

.."I’m sorry, but I have to ask, since I can’t see" (she makes a worried face…I love my choice of words)…..are your heels yellow? She smiles. Close. They are striped. Yellow. White. (Awesome).

-I could tell from her reaction, how much she appreciated that question. Finally, a girl who appreciates a guy with fashion sense…(or attempts at it)

——————————-

Her phone buzzes. She pauses. "I better check that, its my mother…"

She reaches for her phone. She freezes. "Its 11:30! Can that be right?"

I laugh. (and must admit, I too was shocked at home much the time flew by)

It was a text from her mother. (asking how it was going or something…I assume, I didn’t read that one)

she texts back, telling her she is still out with me.

mom texts about (which i did see) "you are never out this late"

A few minutes later another text. Le Girl turns red. (i notice)

I ask her what her mother texts. She giggles, and shows me. "Don’t take him home with you on the first date :-)" (Mom’s smiley face, not mine)

I laughed, and laughed, and laughed.

————————————————

We kept talking for another good 45 minutes. We both had work the next day. I walked her out to her car.  We chatted a bit more. I was a bit nervous. Wasn’t sure whether to go for it.

Courage was on my side that night however; so I went in for the kiss.

So exhilarating!

Kiss. Kiss. Kiss.

I drove home with the top down, and her taste on my lips.

What a great way to start the week.

Oodles o’ love,
Erotique

WOOO!!! She sounds adorable. I, personally, wouldn’t go for the whole matchy-matchy ensemble with the white and the yellow, I like to keep things a little more on the down-low, not so flashy, with some muted colors like black or gray with notes of yellow thrown in, but hey, whatever suits your fancy. Kiss, kiss, kiss! Hope she was a good kisser? Yes? No? How did you meet her? Icould never get into the fantasy thing either… nor American Idol… but this isn’t about me so I will leave you two alone. 🙂

Nice. I’m excited for you. I don’t think I ever did Monday night dates… I’d be so confused, thinking the next day was Sunday!! Haha
