Writing an entry real real fast, because we’re going up to Virginia tomorrow for my uncle’s funeral, and I don’t know when I’ll get another chance. Tonight I have a lot to do – the more I think about it, the more I have to do – and of course it’s Valentine’s Day too. Usually we go out and have a beer and perhaps some dinner – we’re SO romantic!! – but I think given we’re leaving town very early tomorrow, we’ll just hang out and drink some wine. And of course watch Lost! Doesn’t get any more sweet and syrupy than that!

I’m trying to think of some amusing Lost quotes, because the Valentine’s card I bought for Baker B is actually a Lost quote itself. It’s from a brand new line of cards featuring pop culture quotes. I stood there reading them all, and ended up having to get the Lost one even though I was  hoping for something funny (we do funny with ours and try to outdo each other in the humor department) since I ran out of time. And they HAD a Lost one and we ARE addicts, so of course I had to get it just for that. The quote is "You’re one of the good ones". Okay, it’s …kind of appropriate for Valentines Day ("Well, you’ll just have to DO, I guess!") but it’s not that funny by itself. So I’m going to think of some more quotes to include. Like:

Okay, obviously I just found a quote site and I reeeeealy don’t time for this! I have a bunch of stuff to finish before 5. We’re staying Friday and Saturday nights. I’m looking forward tremendously to seeing my cousins and all the other relatives I never see, but I sure wish it was for a happy occasion. We used to only all get together for weddings- now it’s funerals. So, I may check in if we have wireless at the hotel. And catch up on everyone.
