but you get what you pay for
and I can’t afford the cost
these words seem plagiarised
but I’m not sure if I wrote them
or if perhaps it was another
not that it makes a difference
because words are nothing
but gray lines on grey paper
and I can’t get the contrast right
screams are better than silence
at least noise indicates life
