Wore out….

So N has had the last few days off. We spent today working on stuff in the house.

I used the electric hedge trimmer — that was fun 🙂 Helped N finish some of the stone work in the bathroom and fix the lattice on the back patio. I added the last coat to the cabinet in the bathroom. We discussed some of the little changes we need to make…like new knobs, pulls, curtains, etc to help finish off the decor.

We discussed the things we have left to buy. We are running out of time and money. I was like you know there are a limited number of paychecks left lol.

That being said, we have made good progress. We bought the tile for the upstairs bathroom the other day. We bought the board to go under it but realized it’s the wrong size. We will have to go back and buy another one now lol. I have to pick up some more paint….some fabric to finish off the ceiling in the basement bathroom – yes we are using material as a temporary fix for the ceiling.

Saturday I am going to run to town with him and go to the Habitat for Humanity reStore. They have awesome stuff he says. The one in the other town was completely overpriced but this one seems to be better – he got a sander for 15. So I am going to check it out while he is at work and she what they have.
