Your Urn

I had a slip from the post office that I had a package to pick up. I waited in a long line. The company had said they would email me when it was on the way. They forgot. So when I got the package and saw who it was from, tears started falling. I barely made it out of there before I was sobbing. I sat in my car for a few minutes before opening it. It’s so beautiful. I’m so glad that I have something so special for you. You were a most treasured dog and I will never forget you, my sweet Duke. It’s been three weeks today since you left me. My heart aches to have you with me again, to even see you in a dream. I miss you, sweet doggie.

Beautiful painting…is that on wood..and are you the artist? I recently did an acrylic painting of the bouvier that my brother and sister-in-law lost in Oct.

Love those mismatched ears!

That is simply beautiful. Ramsey was returned in an elaborately etched walnut box with golden leaves etched on the top. But this is so much more personal.
