Asking for a prayer

I’m not very religious. Anyone who knows me knows this. But…there are just some things you need to pray for, and this is one of them.

Pray for my 22 year old cousin, Matt. He’s been battling brain cancer since July, 2004. He’s had as much radiation as possible, he went into remission once, and he has the cancer again. Please, pray for him, because today he had four, 4 minutes long, seizures back to back and is in ICU. My family needs this prayer, because we need Matt.

a lotta times u gotta be at ur lowest to find god. i believe that people are put in our lives with just the purpose of bringing us back to our creater. be prepared. and dont’be sad. if he dies and comes to execpt christ (who died for him) he’ll be in a place where pain, misery dont’exist. A better place than here. if you dont commit ur life to god. he’ll turn a deaf ear to ur tears.

do you really think that the God you pray to will care about your prayers after you haven’t been particularly religious or bothered doing anything else for him? You can’t just call upon religion when it suits you. I hope your cousin gets better. That’s about all I can do without becoming a hypocrite.

just read your note, i don’t know how is Matt going by now, hope he is better. I will pray for him. Nothing is impossible to God!
