whew, I survived

Last week was inredi-busy! This week is pretty much a continuation of the activity. I ended up getting all of my stuff done, and then we went to Houston for a weekend getaway… since our anniversary was on a Wednesday we decided to get out and just have fun. I really liked it… I normally pack pretty heavily, but I just threw together a small toiletry bag and walked out of the house with just that and the clothes I was wearing.

When we arrived, we went to a store called M2M (tacky, I know,but the clothes are awesome). I bought a cute Diesel V-neck, and a pair of cute unders from Ginch Gonch (if you really care, they’re the low-rise Western Star style). Super cute.

We went out for nice meals, did some more shopping, and stayed in a gorgeous little bed and breakfast. We literally parked the car and walked everywhere, we were right in the middle of the gay district. That means shopping, food, and gay bars and stores EVERYWHERE. A lot of fun.

Last night was our 10 year anniversary. We spent the day together, playing video games, doing a little housework, and then making enchiladas together. They were awesome! 🙂 I’m going to go eat some RAHT NAO (I have an accent, y’all)
