plans

Rich and I made some plans this morning as he got ready for work. We need to get back to going to the gym… we used to go together, but we never really worked out together. I like to put in my headphones and just run, and then lift weights, then get out in about an hour. Some folks are like "oh kewal, just an hour?" and i’m like *cut, cut, cut* with my Mexican Cuttin’ knife. I want to do one hour three times a week AND THAT’S IT. Did you forget about all the yoga? That’s over an hour a day, 4 to 6 times a week. And that’s that. hopefully I can stick to it… I should be able to if I do two things: prepare my clothes for the day the night before, and then go to bed no later than 10pm. Those two things will allow me to get up ‘n go without any excuses.

Did I mention my crazy flight schedule for the next few weeks? I’m flying down to the Rio Grande Valley next week for three days of work… then the next week I’m flying to Dallas for one day of training. I love these things… I get to feel like a rockstar during my RGV trip because as far as they know, LVMH is flying in an artist/specialist for a weekend long event. And the training the following week? I get to hang out with my colleagues from other cities AND! and and AND! i get to take home a bunch of free stuff. Okay, that’s not confirmed, but every time I’ve been flown around, I usually have to bring an empty suitcase with me just to accomodate the free product that I leave with. I’m excited, because I know that we have a new fragrance about to hit the market and I’m SO. STOKED. ABOUT. IT.

I’m easily amused, that’s a good thing.
