Snow and Palms
I am thankful for snow.
I love snow. I love the passage of time reflected in the cycles of nature. I’m currently living in Arizona. Last summer it was consistently 105-110 degrees. But today my friends, today it’s snowing in the desert.
I’m so grateful for this little miracle.

I’ve never been to a desert, but I can imagine how surprising the snow much have been. How odd but beautiful it must have been to see snow and palm trees together. I’ve been watching live feeds of a volcano erupting in Iceland recently and it was snowing the other day. Of course I know that it snows often in Iceland, but the contrasts of the hot, flowing magma and the snow gently falling all around was quite beautiful. Take care. <3
@celestialflutter thank you 🙂 that does sound beautiful! I think there’s always something compelling in polarities, the sweet and the bitter, rising up on the rollercoaster for the drop, the desire for tension to get to release, and the beauty of fire near water. Oh I wish I could live two lives at the same time.
