Black Dog

Im really really down at the moment. I’ll maybe write in detail later when things are more settled. I started cutting myself for the first time in ages again yesterday. I feel realy guilty about it too. I really want to talk about it but when I went to speak to my flatmate all she could say was that someone needed to phone the landlord about the broken toilet seat. I just want to be all right and have everything be ok.
