Damn you, Ohio!!

All I kept thinking today was how nice it would be to not have to hear Hilary Clinton’s incessant yacking (and I mean that literally) for maybe 4 more years. Why do the people of Ohio always fall for such crap?? One more reason I can’t wait to become a Texan. Not a native Texan of course – but a new and excited Texan if nothing else.

Anyway, yeah I hate Hilary Clinton. It’s not that I don’t want to see a woman in office someday. I do. But, I want her to be a woman we can be proud of. Hilary’s not that kind of woman. Ick.

I’m still pulling for Obama. I did my part and voted for him. Hopefully he still wins the nomination. I’d hate to have to vote McCain in November. But in a Clinton/McCai race, he surely is the lesser of two evils.

Ick. And then on top of that – letting Dennis Kucinich slide again. Can I just say something about him besides he’s an idiot who keeps running away from his constituents in Ohio for a peabrained presidential campaign? He also runs away from debts. My grandparents were his landlords in the 70’s and he owed (or I should stay still owes them) a couple thousand dollars for unpaid rent and breaking his lease agreement. I hate that creepy little man.

Anyway. How are all of you? Tell me what you are up to. My interest in OD these days is minimal at best but I try to read you all at least once in awhile. Noting is definitely not my thing right now either. It’s just a phase I’m in – there have been too many things going on. Remodeling the house, keeping up with jewelry making, work, the trip to TX (GOD how I needed that and enjoyed it thoroughly), the decision becoming concrete to move there (going from 85 and sunny on Monday to 20 and shoveling snow on Tuesday will do that to a girl like me, so YEEHAW YA’LL, I should be there hopefully by the end of the year), then there’s Emmett, occasional free time, reading, etc. So yeah, that’s my life right now. I wound up writing way more than I intended to in this entry. I was just going to bitch about how I hate HRC but felt like I’d been hiding for a bit so I’d update a little bit.
