You’re such a Millennial
So, I have unfortunately caught a stomach virus and I’m quite positive this is the end for me. On the eve of my birthday, how poetic. Tell my story.
I know I posted earlier but I forgot to mention I’ve made a Reddit account. I was harshly judged by my 19 year old niece that I don’t have one. After feeling like a total loser, I made an account and I am a loser or a millennial, which I feel is equivalent to when we millennials would say boomer, because it is confusing as hell. Worse than Twitter, X, whatever, which I eventually gave up on.
Anyone know how to navigate it? I would ask my niece, but then I risk ridicule and feeling ancient. My heart can’t take it.
You can figure out where I’m being sarcastic and dramatic. I need to make my funeral arrangements now.
You know you can’t sign up to Xitter with an email anymore? They will refuse to send a confirmation email. You have to use a phone number and a few moments later, they’ll accuse you of suspicious behavior, and then they will request email and actually send you email confirmation. After which they’ll lock your account again for suspicious opinions, so do the lost my password trick to bypass that. And finally mute Elon and Tesla to totally enjoy calling people who disagree with you fascists.
@schuyler hmm..that sounds like too much unnecessary effort plus I don’t particularly find enjoyment calling people fascists I disagree with. I’m more of a, disagree and move on without needing to call names, type of person. I’m usually the one they call fascist so I would rather not stoop to that level.

@schuyler My apologies. I was asking how to navigate Reddit, not X.
My niece is very straight forward, which I admire. I know I will get an honest answer from her.
