[alive]
I am alive. It’s the end of the semester, which means I’m drowning in last minute projects and studying for finals. It’s crazy, but for better or worse will be over next week and I can relax!
Things are good, my new job is good. I am learning all kinds of things, which I love. I am enjoying emergency medicine as much as I thought I would, which is a good feeling. Some people can’t take it, but I thought it would suit me, and it seems to. I’m still adjusting to my new schedule, which is totally different. Fridays I work 12p-8p, but Saturday, Sunday and Monday varies. This weekend it’s been 4p to midnight, next weekend it’s days (8a-4p). Just depends on the weekend. I’m off work Tuesday-Thursday, which is perfect since those are the days I have class. Also, I love not working 40 hours! It makes things so much less stressful. I’m glad we decided I should cut back, it has helped me out tremendously.
So thankful to have such a wonderful, hard working husband who was completely on board when I suggested cutting work back. For the most part, things just couldn’t be better around here!
Ok, I’ll be back when finals are done!
