I sit here thinking………

the choices we make

some are good

some we wonder

do we live our lives wondering?

or the choices we make

our destiny…….

our future?

think of the past

what do we want different

what did we learn

do we move on

or let others think this

why

why do we lie to ourselves

why deny the heart

why muffle when it wants to just sing

maybe

it doesn’t listen till we are ready to hear …..

or think we are ready
