News – If at First you Don’t Succeed..

Try, try forever, I suppose.

Iraq

Amid further violence, the US has put forward another draft resolution for getting UN backing. Will this one finally start to win them over? I am doubtful it will.

Israel/Palestine

Israel will expelled 15 Palestinians prisoners(held in administrative detention without charge) from the West Bank to Gaza. They say these 15 have been involved in terrorist activity ‘since the start of a Palestinian uprising for independence in September 2000’. Note, not direct involvement, but some other indirect assistance.

Yasser Arafat and the Israeli opposition leader, Shimon Peres, have lent their support to an unofficial peace treaty drawn up by former Israeli and Palestinian government officials and veteran negotiators. The Israeli government does not sanction this treaty. In fact, I’m one to assume they’d never adhere to it. Though the makers tend to distribute it to every Israeli and Palestinian home for a referendum.

Iran

US and European intelligence sources believe one of Oasama’s oldest sons has emerged as a key leader in alQueda. And that he’s running the group from Iran.

Claims by the National Council of Resistance of Iran that Iran has been hiding a nuclear facility have been denied. Apparently this NCRI group has been successful in doling out info on Iran’s nuclear programs before.

Korea

It seems we’re a bit more flexible on North Korea now. Colon Powell has suggested North Korea could be given ‘security assurances’ in return or dismantling its weapons. Apparently these would fall short of a non-aggression pact, but the details aren’t given yet.

General

Today’s Papers has Saddam in Tikirt, Iran harboring alQueda, unguarded weapons and more.

Chad is about to start pumping oil. The world looks at the news of this.

A study has suggested that pot smoking can lower fertility. By the sound of it, a guy’s sperm gets stoned as well(less stamina).

Considering the last theme entry I did, I had to post this. A simple procedure can correct tight foreskin issues in children, avoiding the necessity of circumcision for them.

Microsoft toughens up on Outlook. But critics say what’s in the 2003 version is nothing new in the realm of email clients. But hey, at least getting better security is a start.

Sorry the news is a little short. My computer was just upgraded yesterday and I need to tweak some more things before I can fully focus on other things. There will be more tomorrow. 😉

😀 I got 100 on the monster test 🙂

If at first you don’t succeed, try sucking harder.

My brother is a physician. When I told him about the circumcision controversy he said he’s seen many uncircumcised men with problems with their penises. He’s never seen one circumcised man with problems. Also, uncircumcised men are more likely to transfer disease to their sexual partners.

Silly unsigned note.
