Muse – Amusing Liberation

Another good day for comics. Especially since we don’t want all darkness in the realm of DarkRen on a day like this. The day to day is rough, but shouldn’t be without its smiles. No guarantees that you’ll all love these comics, but all had their charm to me. Or some of the ones I left out I couldn’t think up a good caption for. :p

in response to the cartoon on ‘what statue goes up now’, one arab newspaper showed a cartoon on its front page of a statue of george bush, in exactly the same position with raised arm being erected in place of the broken saddam one.

RYN: I don’t think you have the slighest idea of the underlying supernatural issues.

RYN: Thanks for the note. You are right, I have seen and heard some that think life is better with him in power. However, many of my friends think those people were just afraid to say what they really felt. Who can tell. There are always two sides to every story, right?

RYN: I know what you mean. Things are so uncertain right now. I really just hope things will be good. In the meantime, I can’t express enough how filled with joy those I know that fled from Iraq are. That, I hope will last a lifetime for them. However, I too, have a wary side.
