Apropos of nothing in particular, I enjoyed seeing the reference to an old Cheech and Chong routine, namely the “Dave’s not here” comment next to Saddam Hussein flushing the weapons down the toilet, which is rather coicidentally related to another news event, namely that Chong (of Cheech and Chong) just got convicted in a California court of selling drug paraphanalia.

RYN: I find the manipulation, by Bush and Co., of the media and the American people reprehensible. BUT most of all I find, what I would like to call naivete, but which is really stupidity of the American people frightening.
