Snowed in it seems

Dear Diary,

Today I spent most of my time indoors.  Ryan had a hearing this afternoon.  The court appointed lawyer finally called us back and said that the bail would be $300.  Ryan also has a court appearance next Tuesday.  Hope things get better.  His mom is trying to sell some jewelry so we can get him out of that awful place.
