Time To Go

Almost, not yet, but I’m getting anxious…

I had a long day yesterday.  I went to work for 8 and didn’t get home until about 10:30pm.  I had about three phone interviews and three face to face interviews.  It definitely wipes you out, especially someone like me that’s more introverted than extroverted.

I’m all packed up and ready.  The only thing left is my toilettries which I will pack after I take a shower.  I also have my cat’s things packed and ready so I can bring her to the cat hotel.  My house is clean…

This morning I hit Staples, Babies R Us and Target for some quick purchases.  I bought a sleeve for my new laptop so I can take it along.  I was trying to decide whether I wanted to bring it or not and I made up my mind early this morning.  I also bought an oversized bag to bring for the flight.  At Babies R Us I bought Amalia a mobile that matches her room color scheme and some cute clothes.  I bought her a pink dress that says My 1st Thanksgiving with matching leggings and/or tights.  I also bought a turkey bib that matches the dress which is adorable.  I can’t wait to meet her tonight!!!  My flight arrives in Miami around 9pm, but she will be awake at 11pm for her last feeding.  I’m also excited to see my mom and my cousin.  It’s been a long time.
