Real Quick
Quick entry before bed…
I had a good day at work, busy… After work I came right home and started preparing my index cards for Wednesday’s training and then after that I went through it one time. I started talking to my mirror around 8pm and just finished now…yikes! If only I could practice everything in about half that time I could practice about two more times tomorrow night after work.
I am leaving tomorrow from work at 1pm to bring everything to the restaurant where the training will be taking place. My co-facilitator and I will set everything up and run through the whole presentation one time. Then hopefully come home and run it two more times. I’ve already contacted my electrologist and told her I was probably going to cancel my apt. tomorrow. I’ll feel it out though and possibly keep it if I need a break.
We were supposed to have a severe thunderstorm today and nothing happened. The weather channel just said that we will be getting storms through the night. Fingers crossed that they aren’t that severe. I always emergency items next to my bed whenever it storms just in case I need to run down to the basement level entry way…just sweatshirt, cell phone, water, shoes, etc.
My 4am wake up call is my HOPEFULL wake up time. Doesn’t happen often, but feels good when it does. Unfortunately seeing that it is 10pm right now, I don’t think it will happen for tomorrow morning. It would be great if I made it to the gym tomorrow morning because that would probably mean that I would have a good nights rest for tomorrow night. I want to make it to the restaurant at 7am since our training starts at 8. I like going to the gym in the morning because 1.) I like to go to sleep early, 2.) I love to start my day fresh and feeling like I’ve started my day healthy, and 3.) I work out and then shower and am fresh again for the day. I hate to sweat, lol, which is funny because I’ve danced my whole childhood into adulthood and feel like I haven’t stopped sweating…lol…
I’m off to lay in bed and read my favs. Good night and good day tomorrow!
In a world where 8am isn’t my preferred wake up time I’d wake up early enough to work out before the kids wake up. Lol.
